Products are offered solely for legitimate laboratory research and analytical use. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, food, cosmetic, household, or recreational use. You are responsible for determining whether possession, purchase, and use are lawful in your jurisdiction.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order may be declined or cancelled for inventory errors, suspected misuse or fraud, an unsupported destination, legal or compliance concerns, or incorrect pricing. Product availability and documentation can vary by lot.

The store uses account identifiers, verified email or phone information, saved shipping details, order records, support messages, uploaded support images, and authentication/security records to operate accounts, fulfill orders, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Date of birth is checked during checkout for age eligibility but is not stored in the reusable checkout profile. Orders retain only confirmation that the age and research-use requirements were accepted. Payment card details are not currently collected because live payment processing has not been connected.

Supabase provides authentication, database, and file-storage services. Cart, wishlist, and recently viewed information are also stored locally in your browser. Do not upload medical records, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information to support.

To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact support using the verified account associated with the information. Some order, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records may need to be retained.

The storefront currently accepts United States shipping destinations only. Checkout presently displays a flat USPS shipping charge of $20.00. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking appears in Your orders after a carrier and tracking number are assigned. Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address and monitoring tracking. Contact support promptly if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, restricted destinations, and events outside the store’s control may affect delivery. Keep the package and contents if an order arrives damaged and submit photographs through a support ticket.

Request cancellation through support as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships.

Do not return research materials without written return authorization. For an incorrect, missing, damaged, or materially nonconforming item, retain all packaging and open a support ticket with the order number, description, and clear photographs. Eligibility depends on the specific facts, product condition, and applicable law.

Any approved refund is issued through the original supported payment method after review. Live payment and refund processing must be finalized before the store accepts production orders.

All catalog products are intended only for controlled laboratory research and analytical work by qualified purchasers. They are not medicines, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or consumer products.

The site uses essential authentication/session storage and browser local storage for carts, wishlists, recently viewed products, and cached catalog information. Developer and preview access use signed HTTP-only cookies.

No advertising or behavioral-marketing trackers are intentionally configured in this version. Clearing browser data may remove the local cart, wishlist, and recently viewed list and may sign you out.

The storefront aims to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, readable contrast, descriptive controls, form labels, and assistive technology announcements. Accessibility work is ongoing.
